We are registered as an Online Shop so we do not have a physical shop. This is an important factor that allow us to provide customers with competitive low affordable pricing as we pass this savings to you. e.g. Salary for Salespeople, Shop Rental…

How do I place an order?

Firstly, go to our site and hover your mouse pointer to LOGIN and select “Register”

You will be routed to “Register Account” then fill out the following fields.

After creating and verifying your account, you can start purchasing at TVS.

Simply click on your desired item, specify your preferred size or colour and select the “Add To Cart” option. Once you’re done filling up your shopping cart, follow the step-by-step instructions on your screen.

Doorstep Courier by Roadbull

  • Standard Courier 9am to 10pm
  • Schedule Courier allow you to choose your preferred delivery time.
    • 9am to 12pm
    • 12pm to 3pm
    • 3pm to 6pm
    • 6pm to 10pm


We aim to send your parcel to your Doorstep, Fast n Safe so Courier is the Preferred mode of delivery.

Therefore, We only provide postal service for small and light parcel.

Deliveries are usually made within 2 to 5 working days via Courier, 4 to 7 working days via Postal Service for Instock products or after stock arrived. You are able to view Order Status under your account after payment.

For confirmation of orders, you need to pay and sent us picture of transfer from interbank fund transfer, ATM transfer, PayNow or Paylah apps within certain hours determined by the type of TVS promotion after placing an order.

Value Clearance: 1 hour

Instock: 2 hours

Value Special: 6 hours

Value Saver: 12 hours


TVS customers prefer Fast deal so we will process orders on the same day if you confirm your orders by 12pm Monday to Friday.

Orders are confirmed and processed based on First Transfer, First Reserve. We will only reserve and process delivery for orders upon receiving payment and picture of transfer.

Make payment and sent picture of transfer as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

In the event of Out of Stock, after customers has made payment, we will provide the estimate date of new stock arrival or full refund.

Please ensure All details are correct especially Address and contact number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through internet banking funds transfer, ATM funds transfer, as well as PayNow and Paylah apps.

Why is my order still “processing”?

Some items take a little longer to be dispatched as they may came from different suppliers and until your order is dispatched, your order status remains as “processing”. We update your order status to “complete” as soon as you receive your items.

How do I know if the product is ready to ship?

Most of the products especially under TVS Special will be shipped out between 2 to 4 weeks after you place your order or end of Sales campaign and the estimated delivery time for each product is specified under the Shipping tab.

If you need something urgently, we recommend you to search for Instock under Value Saver, Value Clearance, Value bundle and Value Special, we will proceed for courier once payment is made.

Generally, large n bulky items (e.g. furniture, bathtub…) will take longer to deliver.

What are the delivery charges?

Some purchases we offer Free delivery for orders above a certain value or base on current Sales Promotion. We charge a nominal amount for orders that do not reach this threshold.

For actual charges, you can view the available charges and options when you place an order.

We encourage you to combine your purchases to save on delivery charges and time. The more products you add to your cart, the greater the saving and time.

Can I change my delivery address after I submit my order?

For all orders except items in stock, please inform us by email or message box within 24 hours if you need to change the delivery address. Unfortunately, for orders of items that are in stock, you cannot change the delivery address as we begin processing your order as soon as we receive it.

What delivery methods do you use?

We use local couriers to deliver your orders. Usually they will call or send an SMS to let you know what time they expect to arrive at your delivery address. For restricted areas where our couriers cannot go, we will deliver your items by Singpost. We cannot control when the postal delivery will be made and if you are out at the delivery time, Postman will leave a delivery note on your doorstep for you to collect your parcel from nearest post office for Register mail. For Smartpac, Postman will place your parcel into your letterbox.


Doorstep Courier is highly recommended for Fast delivery and a peace of mind.

We are not responsible for lost of mail/parcel by Singpost. There is no compensation or resend of product in the event that mail/parcel is lost.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and a link under your account where you can track the delivery.

International Shipping

Currently we do not ship internationally. We are a Singapore based company and for now only ship to Singapore.

How long will it take to get my order?

For Instòck, delivery time is usually 2-5 days. Please check under Shipping/Delivery for more detailed information.

Some of our products have a longer lead time because they are sent from overseas warehouses or directly from our vendors. In this case, it will be clearly stated under Shipping tab for expected delivery time.

For TVS Special, the delivery time is longer and each sale has a different anticipated delivery time. This is because we place our order with the vendor after the sale ends. Then we have to wait for the goods to reach us before we send them out to you.

Can I cancel my order and ask for a refund?

Please note that goods sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once payment is made, your order is deemed to be confirmed and no cancellation or refund will be allowed.

If you wish to cancel your order before payment is made, simply visit the Orders section in My Account and click on Cancel.
