Shipping / Delivery

Delivery Times:

For us to provide Value for Money Competitive Low Pricing,

Most of the products are ordered n shipped out after payment.

Light n small item: 1 to 2 weeks
Medium size items: 2 to 3 weeks

Big size item: 3 to 4 weeks
Bulky n heavy item: 4 to 5 weeks

We will book Courier in 2 to 5 working days once stock arrived.

*For Fast Shipping Option (Selected Products), We will mail/book Courier in 1 to 3 working days after stock arrived. Talk to us in Chat box for terms and charges.

All Items purchased under Value Saver will have varying Shipping times of anything from 2 to 5 weeks following the end of the sale campaign. Each flash sale campaign will specify the anticipated delivery time and you will be reminded of the expected delivery date at checkout. We do our best to get your products to you in the shortest time possible and our estimated delivery times are generally accurate. We will also updated the delivery date in your account once stock arrived.

All items that are Instock and the warehouse will pack your order for the courier to collect on the same day you send us your order. Place your order by 12pm Monday-Friday and you should receive it within approximately 2 to 5 working days via Courier.

Whilst most of our Instock products are in our warehouse, there are some products that are sent to you directly from our suppliers or from overseas warehouses. These items have a longer processing time, depending on their origin, and the estimated lead time is specified on the product details page. You will also be reminded at checkout which items are coming separately at a later date.

Please note that delivery times may be a little longer for orders placed around public holidays, or during extreme weather conditions.

Courier Tracking:

You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been collected by the courier so that you may check the delivery status of your order directly with the courier company. Our couriers will also attempt to call you or send an SMS prior to the delivery to make sure someone is home, or to get further delivery instructions.

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your order before 10pm but during exceptionally busy times (e.g. Lunar New Year, Christmas) this may not always be possible. You may select Schedule Courier for specific time range for delivery at checkout. Please note that to accommodate your wishes to deliver within a certain time frame, this may delay your delivery by a day or two.

Packages are occasionally left with neighbours or (more usually) building management. If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with anyone who may have been able to sign for it on your behalf before contacting us for assistance.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the last day of the estimated delivery date, please email us acc@thevalueshop for assistance.

Please ensure Address n Contact number is correct and reachable. Eg. Prepaid card no value so is unreachable. Any Incorrect Address, Contact number or Unreachable contact number will cause delay and rearrangement of delivery.

In the event, the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or it was undeliverable. In this instance, we would contact you to rearrange delivery.

Important Notice

    • Any delivery dates provided by TVS are estimates and we reserve the right to make deliveries in installments.
    • A signature may be required on delivery of your order.
    • If no-one is at home then we will attempt to follow the “If not home” instructions you have provided on checkout.
    • If first delivery fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make second date arrangements.
    • If Second delivery fails again then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, courier company will charge for redelivery fee or redirection of failed orders as failure to receive items for more than 2 times.

 

  • If you have requested for us to leave your order without a signature (e.g leave on the doorstep or riser), this is entirely at your own risk.
